Exactly what I expected
I opted for the over the knee tutu. I am a size 38 normally but the small fits perfectly as it’s a bit stretchy at the waist, and you wear it high on the waist anyways. I do think it falls a bit longer than on the picture. I like these tutus because they’re not too over the top “pouffy” like many tutus can be, so you can wear the tutu and not look like you’re starting in a theatrical production. I can’t wait to have an occasion to wear it now!
