You want to buy and try the tutu (no point in being the richest bitch in the cemetery… right?) but are not sure if it’s going to fit you? No problem! The Tutu Shop allows you to return the products you didn’t fall in love with! We’ll do our best not to let that happen though ;)
It goes without saying that the refunds are super easy! Just follow the effortless steps below, we’ll take care of the rest :)
You have a period of 14 days to send back the item(s), as of the date the product was delivered to your destination of choice. If the package is not returned within the 14 days period we cannot, unfortunately, refund the items. Instead, you will receive a voucher of the value of your item(s) to spend on the webshop.
Drop us a line at firstname.lastname@example.org and let us know the tutu is on its way (oooh, it was so happy with you <3).
Make sure the item(s) are in the same state as when you received them. You cannot send it back if it was used, washed or damaged by you. And as long as you’re not Cinderella’s fairy godmother, don’t try to hide the misery. ;)
As you know, The Tutu Shop is still a start-up company. That’s why we cannot provide you with a return shipping label (except if the tutu you received was already damaged). The return fee would be at your charge, but fortunately tutus are suuuper light!
In the package you return, don’t forget to add our filled in return form.

In case you want to apply for an exchange (you’d like another size or color, for example), the procedure and conditions are the same as the above. Who thought it would be so easy? :).
If you’re not sure which length, size or color to pick, send us an e-mail and we’ll be more than happy to help you out! As soon as we get your returned package, we’ll send you the new item you ordered (yay!)
Last important details regarding the transactions:
For a simple return we’ll refund the integrality of the item. Boomshakalaka!
For an exchange: either,
the product you return is cheaper than the one you picked: in that case, you’d have to pay the difference, or
the product you return is more expensive than the one you picked: in this case, we’ll refund the difference.
The refunds and exchanges will be proceeded only if the conditions are respected, and as soon as we get your package. As our bank account is managed by little fluffy tutu-minions, it will take approximately 14 days.
